The Wings
We don't do bottled sauce or heat lamps. Our wings are fried fresh to order and tossed in house-made preparations that range from familiar comfort to bold adventure.
Buffalo & Gorgonzola
The classic hot-wing experience finished with crumbled blue cheese for extra richness. Mild to medium heat depending on how much buffalo sauce meets the gorgonzola cream.
Moroccan Spiced Dry Rub
Smoky cumin, paprika, coriander, and a touch of chili dust, no sauce at all. Dust-coated and charbroiled for a crispy exterior that cracks open to tender meat.
Caesar & Parmesan
Shaved Romano tossed in a house-made Caesar dressing with extra-crispy skin. Rich, savory, and surprisingly light.
Every tray comes with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and your choice of Blue Cheese, Ranch, or House Vinaigrette.

Bison Chili Cheese Fries
House-made bison chili, melted cheddar, jalapenos, and green onion over house-cut fries.

Golden-fried Wisconsin curds with roasted garlic aioli.

Tender rings lightly dusted, fried crisp, and tossed in a spicy tomato-scallion glaze.

What is poutine? A Canadian classic made of crispy fries, fresh cheese curds, and rich brown gravy. We serve it two ways.
- Classic Poutine: Traditional Quebec-style.
- Chicken Fried Poutine: Gravy-soaked fries topped with breaded chicken tenders and cheese curds.
How It's Made

House-Made Sauces
No packets, no concentrates. Our vinaigrettes and dips are shaken or whisked daily in-house.

Fried Fresh
Wings and calamari go into the fryer when ordered. They aren't batched and held under heat.

Real Ingredients
We source our ahi locally where possible, our cheese curds come from Wisconsin weekly, and our bison for the chili is ground by hand.
Starters built for Spearfish nights
Whether you're grabbing a half-tray of wings before a show at our Friday night live music, looking for a pre-hike snack before driving Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway (Road 14A), or trying to find late-night grub during the Sturgis Rally, our kitchen stays open and our starters are built for groups.
Dietary notes
Gluten-free options are available for most starters. The Eggplant Dip is naturally gluten-free; ask your server about modifying the Brussels Sprouts (plain, without bacon) or ordering calamari without the flour dusting. What types of wings do you serve?
We currently serve three preparations: Buffalo & Gorgonzola, Moroccan Spiced Dry Rub, and Caesar & Parmesan. All can be ordered boneless.
Do you have vegetarian appetizers?
Yes. Our Eggplant Dip is vegan, and the Sweet Potato Chips and Brussels Sprouts (ordered without bacon) are excellent vegetarian sides. Most entrees can be adapted too.
Can I order wings to go?
Absolutely. Call ahead and we'll have your wings and dipping sauces ready for quick pickup.
What is poutine and what are your versions?
Poutine is a Canadian dish of fries, cheese curds, and gravy. We serve Classic Poutine and a Chicken Fried version topped with breaded chicken strips.
Do the shareables work well for a large group?
They're perfect for groups. We suggest ordering 2 to 3 items per person to get a variety of flavors. Our Loaded Fries and Sashimi Nachos are huge plates.
Are any appetizers gluten-free?
The Eggplant Dip is naturally gluten-free. You can also modify many dishes, like ordering the Brussels Sprouts plain or asking for calamari without breading. Just alert your server.
Can I substitute sides with my entree order?
Yes, every burger and steak comes with your choice of house-cut fries, sweet potato chips, or broccoli rice with a cup of soup or salad.
When does the kitchen stop taking appetizer orders?
Kitchen orders close 30 minutes before our nightly closing time, though drinks and happy hour specials continue in the bar area until closing.
